The Team Brief Manager provides a powerful process model for cascading messages and information to the business. Feedback to messages can be analysed and responses to feedback given. Each manager in the hierarchy is able to append messages to the overall brief. Such messages provide managers with the ability to cascade information relative only to their teams.

Easy to use

Effective management relies on effective communication, and Team Brief Manager enables structured messages to be communicated to all members of the organisation.

The message being delivered, the “Brief”, is available online and can be either printed or exported to PDF. Team managers are able to add local information to the brief before communicating it to their teams. Each team then has the opportunity to give feedback on the brief before it is cascaded to the next level.

The application also provides statistics of employees’ attendance at briefings, providing useful management information.

The benefits of the application apply throughout the organisation. All employees are able to communicate information to top level managers and managers are able to explore and manage feedback gathered from teams reporting to them.

Using the latest technology

The application is developed using Microsoft C# and targets the Microsoft.Net 4.0 framework. Data is securely stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database. The latest AJAX technologies are employed to provide the user with a highly responsive environment maximising visual appeal and user experience.

High quality graphs are produced summarising live information which can then be exported for use in other management reports.

The application is able to interface and synchronise with existing HR systems ensuring user information is always current and easily managed.
